Last Updated:Â June 30, 2026
Effective Upon Purchase Completion
These Terms of Purchase (“Terms”) govern your purchase of access to The Search Standard training program (“Program”) offered by Skilled Source Staffing, LLC, a Montana limited liability company, operating as The Search Standard (“TSS,” “We,” or “Us”). These Terms apply in addition to, and are incorporated into, the End User License Agreement (“EULA”) you accepted at the time of purchase.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE COMPLETING YOUR PURCHASE. BY CLICKING “PURCHASE” OR OTHERWISE COMPLETING PAYMENT, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS IN THEIR ENTIRETY. YOUR COMPLETION OF PURCHASE CONSTITUTES YOUR ELECTRONIC ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS.
1. What You Are Purchasing
1.1 Program Description
The Search Standard is a premium, cohort-based training program teaching an independent recruiting methodology developed over 25 years of professional practice. The Program includes:
- A structured curriculum delivered across 25 modules covering recruiting methodology, business development, candidate sourcing, and operational systems.
- Access to the Call Vault: a proprietary, scenario-based audio library of real single-sided recruiting calls. Call Vault recordings are provided for instructional and educational purposes.
Recordings may be curated, edited, organized, or supplemented with commentary to illustrate recruiting concepts, workflows, and market conditions. - Live weekly group coaching sessions via Zoom for a period of six (6) months from the date of enrollment.
- Access to TSS’s digital course delivery platform (Kajabi) for the duration of the program term.
- Access to TSS’s proprietary healthcare directory, comprising approximately 33,000 healthcare facility records (names, locations, and contact numbers). The directory excludes California, which remains the founder’s active operating market. The directory constitutes raw market territory for outreach purposes and is not a vetted, pre-qualified, or exclusive lead list. Purchasers in non-healthcare disciplines are guided to build a comparable directory specific to their chosen market.
- Supplemental worksheets, templates, frameworks, and reference materials as released by TSS.
1.2 Two-Seat Enrollment
Each purchase provides access for exactly two (2) Named Seat Holders. Both seats must be assigned to specifically named individuals at the time of enrollment. Seats are non-transferable except as explicitly permitted under the EULA. Enrollment of a second seat holder does not require a second payment; both seats are included in the purchase price.
1.3 No Guarantee of Results
TSS makes no representations or warranties regarding income, revenue, placement volume, business outcomes, or career results that may or may not be achieved through use of the Program. Results depend entirely on the individual effort, background, market conditions, and execution of each purchaser. All testimonials and examples are for illustrative purposes only.
1.4 Third-Party Software and Affiliate Disclosure
The Program may reference, demonstrate, or recommend certain third-party software platforms, products, or services. TSS may receive compensation through affiliate relationships with certain providers if a purchaser elects to use such products or services. Any recommendation is based on TSS’s independent evaluation of the product’s suitability for the workflow taught within the Program. TSS and any third-party software provider remain separate and independent entities.
1.5 Recruit CRM Independence Disclosure
For the avoidance of doubt, Recruit CRM is an independent third-party software provider. Recruit CRM does not own, operate, sponsor, control, endorse, certify, approve, or guarantee The Search Standard Program. Likewise, TSS does not act on behalf of Recruit CRM. Any references to Recruit CRM within the Program are provided solely for educational and demonstrative purposes. Participation in Recruit CRM’s affiliate program does not constitute a partnership, joint venture, agency relationship, endorsement, or sponsorship between the parties. Purchasers are under no obligation to use Recruit CRM and may select any applicant tracking or CRM platform of their choosing.
1.6 Healthcare Directory and Calling List Disclosure
The Program includes access to TSS’s proprietary healthcare directory of approximately 33,000 healthcare facility records, consisting of facility names, locations, and publicly available contact numbers compiled by TSS over the course of its founder’s professional practice. The directory excludes the State of California, which remains the founder’s active operating market and is not included as purchaser territory. The directory is provided as raw market territory for direct outreach and is not a vetted, screened, or pre-qualified lead list, and does not constitute exclusive geographic or territorial rights in any region. Purchasers operating in disciplines outside healthcare are guided through the Program to compile a comparable directory specific to their own chosen market. TSS makes no representation regarding the current accuracy, completeness, or responsiveness of any individual record within the directory.
1.7 International Operators
The Search Standard teaches recruiting methodology and the operation of an independent executive search desk. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, immigration, banking, employment law, business formation, or regulatory advice of any kind, for any jurisdiction. If you are purchasing or using the Program from outside the United States, you are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all business registration, tax, licensing, banking, immigration, employment, and regulatory requirements applicable in your home jurisdiction, and in any jurisdiction where you conduct business or seek to operate a search desk using the methodology taught in the Program. TSS makes no representation that the Program, the Ghost Strategy methodology, or any associated business model is lawful, permitted, or appropriate to operate in any jurisdiction outside the United States. You are encouraged to consult qualified local counsel or a licensed professional in your jurisdiction before conducting business activities based on the Program.
2. Pricing and Payment
2.1 Purchase Price
The purchase price for a two-seat enrollment in The Search Standard is Two Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-Nine Dollars ($2,699.00 USD), inclusive of both Named Seat Holders. TSS reserves the right to modify pricing for future enrollments at any time without notice. The price in effect at the time of your purchase is binding.
2.2 Payment Processing
Payment is processed at the time of purchase through TSS’s authorized payment processor. By submitting payment, you authorize TSS to charge the full purchase price to your designated payment method. TSS does not store full credit card information.
2.3 Failed or Disputed Payments
If your payment fails to process or is reversed for any reason, your access to the Program will be suspended or revoked until the outstanding balance is resolved. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute does not suspend or modify your obligations under this Agreement or the EULA.
2.4 Taxes
You are solely responsible for any applicable sales taxes, use taxes, VAT, or other taxes or levies imposed by your jurisdiction in connection with your purchase. TSS will collect such taxes where required by law.
3. No Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. TSS DOES NOT OFFER REFUNDS, PARTIAL REFUNDS, CREDITS, OR EXCHANGES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ONCE ACCESS TO THE PROGRAM HAS BEEN GRANTED.
This policy exists because the Program delivers proprietary methodology, frameworks, and Confidential Content immediately upon enrollment. The value of that content is delivered at the moment of access, regardless of how much of the Program the purchaser completes.
3.1 No Exceptions
The no-refund policy applies without exception, including but not limited to:
- Failure to complete or use the Program after enrollment.
- Dissatisfaction with Program content, format, or delivery.
- Changes in personal or business circumstances after purchase.
- Inability to attend live coaching sessions.
- Technical difficulties attributable to the purchaser’s equipment, internet connection, or device.
- Duplicate purchases made in error.
3.2 Chargebacks
Initiating an unauthorized chargeback or payment reversal through your financial institution after accessing Program content constitutes a material breach of these Terms and the EULA. TSS will provide written notice of the breach and allow ten (10) calendar days to cure before escalating to collections or other legal remedies. TSS reserves the right to pursue recovery of the full purchase price, associated fees, and damages through all available legal remedies, including reporting the debt to collections.
4. Enrollment and Access
4.1 Enrollment Confirmation
Upon successful payment, you will receive an enrollment confirmation to the email address provided at checkout. This email will include instructions for registering your Named Seat Holders and accessing the Program platform. It is your responsibility to provide accurate contact information at the time of purchase.
4.2 Named Seat Registration
Both Named Seat Holders must be registered by full legal name within ten (10) business days of enrollment. Access may be withheld pending completion of Named Seat registration. Failure to register Named Seat Holders within thirty (30) days of purchase may result in forfeiture of the second seat without refund.
4.3 Access Duration
Access to the Program platform and course content is provided on an ongoing basis from the date of enrollment, with no fixed expiration date, unless access is modified or terminated as described herein. This ongoing access is intended to continue for as long as TSS continues to operate the Program, and nothing in this section shall be construed as a guarantee of perpetual access in the event TSS permanently discontinues the Program or ceases business operations. Live weekly group coaching sessions via Zoom are provided for a period of six (6) months from the date of enrollment and do not extend beyond that period.
TSS reserves the right to modify, replace, migrate, or discontinue the delivery platform at any time, including transitioning course content to an alternative platform, with reasonable notice to enrolled participants where practicable. In the event of a platform migration, TSS will use commercially reasonable efforts to preserve continuity of access to course content.
Ongoing access is contingent upon the Named Seat Holder’s continued compliance with these Terms and the EULA. TSS reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate access for any Named Seat Holder found to be in violation of these Terms or the EULA, without refund.
4.4 Platform and Technical Requirements
The Program is delivered through the Kajabi platform. You are responsible for ensuring that your equipment and internet connection meet the technical requirements necessary to access the platform. TSS is not responsible for access issues resulting from purchaser-side technical failures.
4.5 Simultaneous Session Restrictions
Each Named Seat Holder is assigned individual login credentials. Simultaneous logins from multiple devices or locations under a single Named Seat Holder account may trigger an access review. TSS reserves the right to restrict access pending investigation of suspected credential sharing.
5. Seat Definitions and Restrictions
5.1 Definition of a Seat
A “seat” is a single, named, non-transferable individual license. It is defined by the full legal name of the Named Seat Holder registered at enrollment. A seat is not defined by a login credential, a device, a household, or a business entity. One human being equals one seat.
5.2 Prohibited Seat Uses
The following uses of a seat are expressly prohibited:
- Allowing any individual other than the Named Seat Holder to use a seat’s login credentials.
- Sharing a single seat between multiple individuals, regardless of whether they access it simultaneously.
- Using a single seat to train, coach, or onboard employees, contractors, or agents of a firm or company.
- Passing login credentials to a third party following termination of the Named Seat Holder’s employment or engagement with a firm.
5.3 Firm License
Organizations, firms, or companies wishing to enroll multiple team members or use TSS content for internal training purposes must contact TSS directly to inquire about a Firm License. Firm License pricing is separate from the individual two-seat enrollment price and is determined by TSS based on scope of use.
6. Program Content and Delivery
6.1 Content Changes
TSS reserves the right to update, modify, revise, or remove Program content at any time in order to maintain accuracy, relevance, and quality. Such changes do not entitle purchasers to a refund or credit.
6.2 Coaching Session Scheduling
Live coaching sessions are scheduled by TSS and communicated to enrolled participants in advance. TSS will make reasonable efforts to provide adequate scheduling notice. TSS is not obligated to provide make-up sessions for missed sessions, though recordings may be made available at TSS’s discretion.
6.3 Service Interruptions
TSS is not liable for temporary interruptions in access to the Program caused by platform outages, scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond TSS’s reasonable control. TSS will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore access in a timely manner.
6.4 Conduct
Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally during live coaching sessions and in any TSS community or communication channel. TSS maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward conduct that is racist, antisemitic, discriminatory, harassing, threatening, or otherwise hateful or offensive in nature. TSS reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to immediately remove a participant from any live session, revoke access to future Zoom sessions, or permanently terminate platform access for conduct that violates this standard or is otherwise disruptive, abusive, or inconsistent with a professional learning environment. Any such removal or termination shall occur without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All Program content, including the Ghost Strategy methodology, Call Vault recordings, curriculum frameworks, proprietary terminology, templates, and all other materials, are the exclusive intellectual property of Skilled Source Staffing, LLC. These Terms and your purchase do not convey any ownership interest in any TSS intellectual property. Your rights are limited to those expressly granted in the EULA.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any Program content — including but not limited to recording, screenshotting, downloading, re-uploading, or sharing content through any channel — is a violation of the EULA and may constitute infringement of TSS’s intellectual property rights under applicable law.
8. Privacy
TSS collects and processes personal information provided at the time of purchase — including name, email address, and payment information — solely for the purpose of administering your enrollment and delivering the Program. TSS does not sell personal information to third parties. Payment processing is handled by TSS’s third-party payment processor subject to their applicable privacy policies.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TSS’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR PURCHASE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY YOU. TSS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND.
10. Dispute Resolution
10.1 Informal Resolution
Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, the parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or related to these Terms informally. The party asserting the dispute must provide written notice to the other party describing the nature of the dispute and the relief sought. The parties shall have thirty (30) calendar days from receipt of such notice to attempt informal resolution before either party may initiate formal proceedings.
Written notice to TSS must be submitted to: [email protected]
10.2 Governing Law and Venue
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Montana. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any dispute arising under or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Flathead County, Montana. You irrevocably consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
11. Relationship to EULA
These Terms of Purchase are incorporated into and made part of the End User License Agreement accepted at the time of purchase. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the EULA, the EULA shall control with respect to matters of intellectual property, license scope, and prohibited uses. These Terms shall control with respect to matters of payment, enrollment, access, and delivery.
12. Contact
For questions regarding these Terms, enrollment issues, or Firm License inquiries, contact TSS at: [email protected]
