This Privacy Notice explains how The Search Standard LLC ("The Search Standard," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information from visitors to thesearchstandard.com (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this notice.

- Information you provide directly. When you enroll in our program, you provide information such as your name, email address, and payment details. Payment processing is handled securely by our checkout provider (Kajabi); we do not directly store your full payment card information.
- Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our platform provider, Kajabi, automatically collects certain technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and general usage data (for example, which pages you visit and how long you spend on them). This is collected through cookies and similar technologies, as described in Section 3.
We do not currently collect information through newsletter or opt-in forms, but we may add this functionality in the future. If we do, this notice will be updated to reflect what is collected and how it is used.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Process your enrollment and provide access to the program
- Communicate with you about your purchase, account, or program updates
- Respond to questions or support requests
- Maintain and improve the functioning and security of the Site

The Site is hosted on the Kajabi platform, which uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, keep you logged in, remember items in your cart, and provide aggregate analytics about how visitors use the Site (such as page views and traffic sources). We do not currently use additional third-party advertising or tracking tools, such as Google Analytics or the Meta/Facebook Pixel, and we do not run paid advertising campaigns.
You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect certain features of the Site, such as checkout functionality.
4. We Do Not Sell Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We do not share your personal information except:
- With service providers who help us operate the Site and deliver the program (such as Kajabi, our hosting and checkout platform)
- If required to do so by law, subpoena, or other legal process
- To protect the rights, property, or safety of The Search Standard, our users, or others
5. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the program, maintain business records, and comply with legal and tax obligations.

You may contact us at any time to ask what information we have on file, to request corrections, or to request deletion of your information, subject to any records we are legally required to retain (such as purchase and payment records for tax purposes).

The Site is not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
